• Holiday Home Guests (Short-Term Rentals): Full name, nationality, contact details, passport copies and visa status (mandatory for UAE Tourism registration), payment details, security deposit records, and arrival/departure itineraries.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser information, cookies, and usage patterns collected automatically when browsing our portal.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal information for the following specific purposes:

• Facilitating property purchases, sales, and long-term lease transactions.
• Processing holiday home bookings, guest registrations, and security deposit management.
• Registering guest data with local tourism authorities (DET / Dubai Police) as mandated by UAE law.
